TIE DYE FASHION FOR LEGGINGS!

Blossoming of tie dye as a trend has been introduced in the age of 60’s. The trend was quite enjoyable for both the wearer and the observer. When you are going to wear a tie dye print legging, you better select proper colours which will suit you. If you are skinny, more colours would look pretty!     But if you don’t like them, you always have the option to make it by yourself at home! All you are    going to need are soda ash, water, rubber bands, colour, squeeze bottles, detergent and the legging    you are going to make the print on.

          
To start the procedure, mix a cup of soda in a gallon of hot water followed by soaking the legging in this mixture. Keep it for half an hour and remove the legging by wringing the extra water. Except the crotch area, gather the areas to colour and put rubber bands to make the divisions.

          
Now prepare the colour in the squeeze bottles with two teaspoons of the dye colour in four ounces of water. Squeeze the dye into the folded fabrics and make the contrast as you want it to be. Use the rest of the colours in this way one by one. The legging will be completely saturated.

           
Keep the leggings in this state for 24 hours and wash it with cold water. When you see that the water becomes almost clear, you can remove the rubber bands and wash it in whole. Next, wash the legging with some organic detergent to keep the colours in their proper shade. Use a warm dryer to dry it and it is all ready to put on!

            
The primary colours can be selected as black, white and any bright colour. But you can add main colours as yellow, orange, brown, blue or pink. For secondary colours, green, black or purple would look great! In this way, you can get the perfect tie dye legging made at home. Wear it with any solid colour tops and a pair of ankle-high boots to get the ultimate fashion statement!
