It must be dress-down Friday: Radio 1 DJ Fearne Cotton goes casual - and forfeits her trademark style - ahead of the weekend

She usually prides herself on being fashion forward, but Radio 1 DJ Fearne Cotton clearly gave herself the day off, today.
The 32 year-old presenter, who was pictured outside Broadcasting House in central London, this morning, wore an ill-fitting polar neck jumper, a pink woolen hat, skinny jeans and black winklepickers as she arrived to present her daily programme.
She matched the bizarre look with a clashing burgundy handbag.
Wrapping up: Radio presenter Fearne Cotton is seen arriving at BBC Radio 1 in London wearing a pink beanie and woolly jumper

The star, who gave birth to her first child Rex in February, finished off her look with a a bulging shopping bag from designer store The Kooples.

But, given that she has not long returned to her Monday-to-Friday radio show - as well as re-joining Holly and Leigh Francis on hit comedy series Celebrity Juice - chances are she was simply enjoying some office down-time.
Pretty in Pink? The broadcaster, 32, seemed to make little effort for her day at work - opting for comfort

When not working hard, she's spending as much time as possible with her fiancé Jesse Wood, the son of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood, and their son.
She recently opened-up about life with Jesse in an interview with Cosmopolitan magazine, revealing that she hit rock bottom in 2011 after a failed engagement to ex-partner Jesse Jenkins.

‘What you don’t know at the time is that as one door closes, another opens – and soon after, I met the love of my life and got to have a baby,’ she said.‘Jesse and I met through a friend who works in a restaurant in Ibiza and we just clicked.
Mis-match: Fearne opted to complete her look with some interesting turquoise nail polish

‘I don’t think there’s anything you can really pinpoint when it happens like that. I’d been in love before, but this was different. He makes me laugh, and he balances me out… he makes me laugh all the time and he’s so chilled out.’

‘He’s been to hell and back in certain ways, so nothing fazes him; he takes it all with a pinch of salt.'
Dressing for the weather: The mother-of-one looked happy in her chunky knit and woolen hat
