Olivia Wilde gave us a valuable lesson this weekend on the proper way to wear wide-leg pants and look amazing. The actress wore a straight-from-the-runway look by Michael Kors for the red carpet premiere of Her in NYC. The '70s cool look was complete with a single-point, oversized, retro button-down blouse and a pair of pleated palazzo pants.
Although the extra-large pants could have overpowered Wilde's small frame, their flared design gave her a streamlined and totally effortless look. The classic-fit blouse balanced out the width of the pants, while a Yael Sonia drop necklace and a beaded gold snakeskin clutch by Emm Kuo topped off her '70s-meets-today red carpet look.
